Terms of Service

1. Overview

LazerMade provides customized products for individuals and businesses. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Customization & Design Approval

  • Design Approval: All custom orders require written approval of the final design before production begins. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all details.
  • Customer-Supplied Designs: If you provide your own artwork or design, LazerMade is not responsible for the quality, resolution, or suitability of the design. Once approved, production will proceed as submitted.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment Due: Payment is required in full before production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as listed on our website.

4. Production & Fulfillment

  • Turnaround Time: Standard production time is 24 hours for in-stock materials, and up to 96 hours for special orders or out-of-stock items.
  • Order Changes: Changes to orders after design approval may not be possible and could incur additional charges.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Area: Orders are fulfilled locally in Magnolia, TX and surrounding areas. Free shipping is available for orders over $99.
  • Delivery Issues: LazerMade is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Customized Products: Due to the nature of custom items, all sales are final once the design is approved. No returns or refunds will be issued unless there is a manufacturing error or defect attributable to LazerMade.
  • Customer-Supplied Designs: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for issues related to customer-supplied designs that have been approved for production.

7. Warranty & Satisfaction

  • Warranty: LazerMade offers a warranty on customized products as described on the product page. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Satisfaction Commitment: We strive for customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues related to errors made by LazerMade.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Customer Designs: By submitting a design, you confirm you have the rights to use it. LazerMade is not liable for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-supplied content.
  • LazerMade Designs: All original LazerMade designs and content remain the property of LazerMade and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

LazerMade is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
