At LazerMade, we take pride in delivering high-quality, customized products tailored to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:
Non-Returnable Items
- Approved Designs: Once a design has been approved by the customer, any items made to that approved design are non-returnable.
- Customer-Supplied Designs: If a design is provided by the customer, LazerMade cannot be held responsible for the quality of the design. This includes but is not limited to resolution, clarity, or any other design-related issues. Once the design is approved for placement, it is considered final.
Exceptions
We are committed to your satisfaction. If an error occurs on our part (e.g., incorrect engraving, wrong item shipped), we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details of the issue.
Design Approval Process
To ensure the highest level of satisfaction:
- All designs will be sent for written approval before production begins.
- Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the design for any errors or discrepancies.
- Once written approval is provided, the design is considered final, and production will proceed.
